What to do if you
have an accident?

1. Stay calm.

2. Call an ambulance if anyone is hurt.

3. Call the police if the other driver leaves without stopping or does not leave their contact details.

4. Click on the ‘Complete accident form’ button to record your and the other driver's details. The form will be sent to your e-mail address, so you can forward it to the insurance provider.

5. Check the number of passengers in the other vehicle.

6. Report the accident to WSP driver line on 0333 400 0550.
