Windshield
Repair Kit

Prevent chips and cracks from spreading on your windscreen with our easy-to-use product. It removes air from the damage, fills it with a strong resin, and reinforces it. For optimal results, repair should be done promptly after damage occurs and before the break gets contaminated by dirt or water. Avoid using glass treatments before repair.

  • This windshield repair kit is designed to remove air from damaged areas and fill them with repair liquid, penetrating even the deepest parts of the damage. The repair solution is then solidified using ultraviolet radiation, resulting in a transparent, firm, non-yellowing substance that shares the same refractive index as glass and has strong shear force. By using this product, you can effectively repair damage caused by collisions, as well as holes, bull's eyes, and crescent-shaped cracks within a diameter range of 2.5 cm.

However, we recommend using our company's specially formulated crack products for repairing longer cracks and complex star-shaped damage. After repair, the size of breakage cracks in the glass will be reduced, and the expansion of breakage will be prevented.

Depending on the type of damage and construction conditions, some traces may remain after using the repair kit. Those who strive for perfection should take note of this possibility. However, our product is designed to minimize the appearance of such traces, and the repaired area will still be structurally sound and safe for use.

Step 1 – Clean up

1. Clean the area around the damage with a dry cotton swab, removing any moisture or stains.

2. Use a pick-up needle to remove any broken glass fragments from the rubber injection port at the site of the damage.

Step 2 – Installation

3. Position the center point of the suction cup over the damaged area, then press and hold the suction cup firmly in place for at least one minute to ensure a secure fit.

4. Rotate the pressure cylinder until the silicone head comes into contact with the glass and flattens it. Once in position, gently lift the pressure cylinder to ensure it is tightened and secure. This will cause the silicone head to contract, reducing the size of the damage.

Step 3 – Pressure

5. Add 3-4 drops of repair solution to the pressure cylinder and slowly rotate the pressure bar, observing the changes to the silicone head and damage. If the liquid leaks from the bottom of the silicone head, adjust the position of the pressure cylinder. If there is no expansion or enlargement of the silicone head, air leakage, or too little liquid in the cylinder, readjust the position.

6. Remove the pressure bar and let the repair fluid settle for one minute. Then, reapply pressure and repeat the process until the repair fluid is completely squeezed into the damage.

7. Inspect the repaired area at a 45-degree angle to ensure that the damage has disappeared and the repair is complete. Remove the suction cup tool. Please note that if the desired effect is not achieved, you can repeat the pressure process. However, once the repair fluid has cured, the damage cannot be repaired again.

Step 4 – Curing

8. Apply a drop of repair solution to the curing film, then place it over the damaged area. Use a blade to remove any air bubbles, and leave it in direct sunlight for 10-30 minutes or use an ultraviolet lamp until the repair solution has cured.

9. Once the repair solution has cured, remove the curing film and use a blade to scrape off any excess resin.

10. If there is any residual haze, apply a small amount of repair liquid to the affected area, then cover it with the curing film and allow it to adhere naturally. Do not touch it with anything.

11. Once the repair solution has been cured with ultraviolet radiation, remove the curing film carefully and do not use a razor blade to scrape it off.
